Project Boost
Project Boost, is one of our adult community based independence schemes. This community based project is available to you if you are living in Swindon, aged 18 or over and you have a learning disability.
Working in 1:1 or small groups, this project will support you to learn new skills so that you can become more independent within your community. You can tell us which new skills you want to learn with us!

Once you have learnt a new skill in our Adult Community Based Independence project you may want to move on and be trained to become an Independence Champion, this is where you would volunteer for SAM and lead a group to go to an activity, for example the cinema.

You might want to become a Community Researcher, this is where you try different activities and services in Swindon and then give a review of how easy they are to access.
You may decide to use your new skills by getting a job or volunteering somewhere else!
